The New Inn was situated at 152 The Hill. The pub was originally called the
Quart Pot before becoming the New Inn in the 1830s. The name was later
changed to the Rampant Cat. It closed in the 1990s and is now used as The
Dragon Inn, a Chinese restaurant. |

|
|
It is now in
residential use. |
