The New Inn was situated on Shiplake Road. This pub closed in the 1990s and is now used as a private house.

Name Dates Comments Susan Carey 1995/2001 My husband and I converted the pub into a house. We met a lady while we were working on the pub who told us she was born there and her father was the landlord, he also had horses and carts and used to take people to church. She also told us there was a blacksmith living there.
