The Three Tuns was situated at 40 West Street. This pub has now been demolished.

My grandparents (Reginald and Doris Speller) ran this Wethereds pub on West Street where Lavins grill bar is now from the mid 1930s through to 1964. My father (Edgar Charles) who sadly passed away in 1971 grew up in the pub and attended Borlase School.
