The Bull Inn was situated at 62 Park
Street. Licensed since at least 1803, the pub became The Black Bull in the
mid-20th century. It was demolished in 1969 for a road widening scheme and a
new Black Bull was built at 4 Cumberland Street, which was very soon
afterwards renamed the Grapevine. |
