The Three Horseshoes was situated on The Bullring. It was known by this name until 1851, the year of the Great Exhibition, when it changed its name to The Exhibition. The pub closed c1917 and became a residential house renamed back to The Three Horseshoes in 1961. It is currently named Rothbury House.
