The Golden Key was situated at 129 Queens Road. Closed c2000, it has since been demolished and replaced by a block of flats.

Name Dates Comments Dr Glenn Middleton 1954/1964 This was my Grandfather (Ben Fowler) & Father's (Bill Middleton) local when we lived in Mill Road, just around the corner. I used to buy lemonade & crisps from the "bottle & Jug" at the side of the building..
