The Pelican was situated at 22 Waterford Road. This pub was known as Tommy Tuckers at time of closure in 2022. Also known as The Pickled Pelican.
Now reopened.

I frequented the Pickled Pelican in the 90’s before it burnt on the top floor. I met my wife there -who worked there - been married for 30 years this December! The manager was smoking in bed and almost killed them all. My now wife moved in with me because of that!
