My Dad Michael was the landlord at the Robin
Hood when I was a young girl. We lived upstairs and my bedroom
overlooked the beer garden. There was a chef called Stuart and a cook
Pat who used to save me her pastry offcuts to eat. I was about 3 or 4
when we were there and my little brother was born while we lived there.
I think Schooner Inns were the owners because I still have lots of
Schooner Inns place mats and coasters. |
