The Navigation Hotel was situated on Lower Burgess Street. This pub has now been demolished.

From NE Lincolnshire Heritage:

A public house marked on the ordnance survey 1906-8 25 inch to 1 mile maps. The 1877 Chas Dawson directory records this as the 'Navigation' and the name J. Forge. Recorded as the Navigation Hotel occupied by Mrs Ann Forge in a directory of 1906-7.
