The Leeds Arms was situated on Cleethorpes High Street. This pub was demolished to make way for Woolworths and was known as the Crown & Anchor until 1836.
 

 
From NE Lincolnshire Heritage:
A public house marked on the ordnance survey 1906-8 25 inch to 1 mile maps. Recorded as far back as 1842.
