Demolished 19th century public house. Two
storey building of rendered brick, under a pitched gabled roof with one
gable stack. On the ground floor are 2 sash windows and 1 large offset three
light window with swept head, and a central doorway. The first floor had 5
uniform non-bar sash windows with plain sills. A plain string course ran
between each floor and at the base of the building. The building was
demolished in 1964 to make way for the Lincoln Lane redevelopment scheme. |
