The Flying Horse was situated at 3 Church Gate.  This pub is now used as a butcher/deli. The original building was part of a terrace (note the Worthington gable end ghost sign) but was damaged by fire in 1929. It was rebuilt in 1930 in mock Tudor style and detached from the original terrace.
