This pub opened in 1836 and closed in 1992.
Prior to that it was known as The Cutter from 1686 to 1720, The General
Wolfe from 1720 to 1779 and The Admiral Boscowen form 1781 to 1836. Latterly
called The Buffalos Head from 1994 to 2007. It is now used as a bar called Fifty 9. |
