The Sportsmans Rest was situated at 24 Copnor Road. This pub closed in 2009.

Drank in Sportsman's for 10 years,between 1985 and 1995. Barbilliards, roast meat crispy rolls. Welsh landlord and his brother Tony behind bar ...great pub with a local called Cyril.
