Whilst up for sale the agents description was: "The property is brick built with white render and a multi pitched tiled roof. Internally there is a large lounge bar with entertainment area to the side. A conservatory to the western elevation provides more of a formal dining area. A commercial kitchen and two sets of ladies’ and gent’s WC facilities are also provided at ground floor level. There is a cellar at basement level. We understand the site extends to circa 0.716 acres (0.290 hectares) with the pub occupying approximately 10% site coverage."
