The Globe was situated on Frances Street. This pub closed in 2011 and is now used as a coffee shop.

Name Dates Comments Barry Davey 1963/1964 I came to Cornwall from the midlands in 1963 to work on the new County Hall then being constructed. A mate and I lodged just up the road with the Prendergast family. The Globe soon became our 'local'! Ez & Dot ran it and they were a lovely couple!. Happy days!
