The Northgate Arms was situated at the junction
of Delamere Street and St Oswalds Way. |
|
|
|
In the mid 1970's I used to go in the Northgate Arms, Chester
before the match on a Saturday. We used to wait for the Man Utd supporters
club coaches outside there. I was only 14 at the time so had to go in with
the older guys. By the time I was old enough to be served it was going
slowly downhill. |
