The Lamb was situated on Potter Row and is now used as a private residence.

My Grandfather Dennis Moore lived at this pub circa 1910, he wrote me a short story called 'The Pig at The Lamb', there were pig sties at the back and an orchard next to the pub. Dennis, Kitty and Rust - 3 children, kept a pet pig whilst they lived there.
